1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jili22ph platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

jili22ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jili22ph may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jili22ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jili22ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jili22ph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili22ph login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify jili22ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. jili22ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jili22ph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jili22ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:

• GCash — the primary and recommended payment method for Filipino players
• PayMaya / Maya — accepted for both deposits and withdrawals
• Bank Transfer — via BPI, BDO, Metrobank , UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit Card — Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱5. Deposits are generally credited to your jili22ph wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jili22ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jili22ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. jili22ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the jili22ph account.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jili22ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jili22ph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jili22ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jili22ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall prevail.

6.2 Random Number Generation

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili22ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili22ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jili22ph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the jili22ph platform;
• Interruption or unavailability of the jili22ph platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

jili22ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili22ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jili22ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on jili22ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. jili22ph employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

jili22ph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

jili22ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of jili22ph following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12.2 Account Termination by Player

You may close your jili22ph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to your registered payment method. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.3 Account Termination by jili22ph

jili22ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you are found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In the event of termination for cause, jili22ph may withhold any balance pending investigation.

12.4 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
